1. Reserving your spot.
We must receive your $450.00 non refundable session fee at the time you book your appointment. Session fees are Non-Refundable, but if you give us at least 4 weeks’ notice to cancellation, then we can apply that fee to another date. If you cancel with less than 4 weeks’ notice then you forfeit the fee to Vintage Imagery.
2. Payment methods
We accept Cash, Bank money order or Credit/debit via paypal. We also can accept credit cards via Square in studio. We DO NOT accept personal checks. If you would like to pay with your credit or debit card, you will need to do this via paypal. Paypal is a safe, secure site that is free to set up! Just be sure to select “gift” when choosing this method. Paypal does charge a small fee for their services, but it is only when you send money. Choosing “payment owed” makes sure that the full amount is sent to VI, and that you are the one charged the nominal fee for the service.

Pick up or delivery is available for products

At the time of your shoot, we will take photos for approx 2 hours. You will have around 60 beautiful images to choose from. You will have the opportunity to purchase products at the time of the private proofing session. We believe that a la cart items gives you the most flexibility.
6. Minimum order
There is no minimum product order at this time.
8. Do you photoshop?
All magazine style editing is included in the package pricing. This includes Skin smoothing, digital hair and makeup touch-ups, eye and teeth whitening, acne, scar, stretch mark and wrinkle removal, body reshaping and enhancements and more! But guess what? Because we are experts at lighting and posing, you wont really need it!
9.Completion time
Completion time depends on the products. We suggest giving yourself 6-8 weeks of time for final products.
10. Location
Studio location is in Collinsville IL. For security reasons, we do not provide the address until we receive the retainer. For your privacy and safety, we are by appointment only.
11. Water shoots
Underwater shoots, Milk baths and outdoor shoots are available as well. Session fees vary, product pricing is the same. These are limited every year so please inquire about availability.
